Ways to Use Essential Oils in Daily Life

  • Add 4 drops of bergamot oil and 3 drops of ylang-ylang oil to the water in a diffuser and turn it on for fragrant surroundings. Alternatively, the users can use lavender essential oil in place of ylang-ylang oil in this blend.
  • Mix a drop of bergamot oil in the daily application of night cream for rejuvenating and cleansing the skin. Or, put 2 drops of bergamot oil and 4 drops of bergamot hydrosol and cleanse the face with it.
  • Add a few drops of lavender oil to the sweet almond oil and apply it to roots and strings of hair for shine and growth.
  • Add 3-4 drops of peppermint oil in 100 ml water and gargle a few times to refresh your breath and remove odor.
