Canon MG3620 Printer is a multifunctional printer. This device is suitable for office and home use. For accessing the printer from many devices, you can share it on the network. These printers are easy to set on Wi-Fi. New devices can be added using WPS and old models can be configured using the standard connection method.
Connect Canon MG3620 Printer to Wi-Fi using WPS
Along with the printer, your router should also support a WPS connection. On the router, inspect the WPS pin. When the router has the pin then you can connect the printer directly.
- Open Canon device and tap the Setup button
- Click on the Connection type
- Select Wireless LAN connection
- On router, press the WPS pin
- On Canon printer, hit the Wi-Fi button
- Check the Wi-Fi for blinking
- Check the network list on the printer screen
You have to choose the printer name and now the printer is connected. After your connection, you can find the printer on any device.

- Select Next on the software installation list
- Now click on Yes on the EULA wizard
- Canon software will start installing
After the printer connection; the SSID page will appear on the screen. Now follow the command to set the printhead alignment. Finally, tap on the Exit button and the printer is connected.

Try Connecting Printer with a Cable
If the Canon is not connected to your network then try using cable connection. Take the cable for the connection. If the printer is working on a wired network; you have configured the wireless connection wrongly. Create a new wireless connection and then try to use the Canon printer.
Reset the Canon Printer
Connection errors can appear due to invalid printer settings. To fix the error, you have to reset Canon MG2570s printer. Perform a Canon factory reset and all configurations will be reverted.
- Go to your Canon printer setup tab
- Use the arrow button and select Device settings
